Any images or documents uploaded by members (such as passport photos) are automatically restricted to 500KB [16] to optimize server performance and are renamed programmatically using randomized cryptographic tokens [17] to prevent server directory transversal exploits.

Our platform references external resources, including official Government Resolutions (GRs), guidelines, and documents hosted on Google Drive or official state portals [5, 18]. We do not control or assume liability for the content, security, or privacy policies of these third-party domains.

The Mandal does not sell, lease, trade, or share member information with external marketing agencies or commercial third parties. All collected data is strictly utilized for union administration, directory listings, and internal communication purposes.
